CASIO G-SHOCK 2009 July Releases
In the midst of a large scale global tour, the following will release out of the CASIO G-SHOCK camp for 2009 July. A number of releases revolve around their iconic offerings, the square-shaped DW-5600 and round-dial DW-6900. Another addition includes the more contemporary stylings of the G-8100. All in all, it’s nice to see some more colorful releases as these have traditionally been restricted to collaboration models. Look fro these at select CASIO G-SHOCK retailers in July.

A First Glimpse at the Nike Air Max LeBron VII

Jay-Z has released the video to “Death of Autotune” from his upcoming much anticipated Blueprint 3 albumn slated for (9/11/09). The video is really good and by now you should all know that both the beats and rhymes of the song are on point as well.

Nixon Rubber Player | Purple And Black Colorway
We actually thought that the Nixon Rubber Player push was over with the release of the yellow colorway. Sure looks like we were wrong. Today we see the all rubber covered watch in two great new colorways – purple and black. Actually we prefer especially the purple over the previous releases. Airwalk Fall 2009 Footwear Collection
Airwalk is celebrating the 20th anniversary of their 540 model. The classic skate sneaker comes back this season in two new colorways, using all sorts of premium materials on the upper. On top of the re-release of the 540, they are also coming out for Fall 2009 with new colorways of their Velocity, Revert and Fahrenheit models. For oldschool Airwalk lovers they bring back the Vic Velcro and the Canvas Hi Tops. Look out for the new Airwalk Fall 2009 Footwear Collection later this summer.

The Game, Chris Brown and Diddy Record Michael Jackson Tribute Song
The Game, Chris Brown and Sean “Diddy” Combs have come together to record a tribute song for Michael Jackson, who passed away on Thursday after suffering cardiac arrest in Los Angeles.
The song, “Better on the Other Side,” premiered Friday morning on Los Angeles radio station Power 106.
The track, produced by DJ Khalil, features such heartfelt sentiments as, “You made the world dance/You made the music come to life.” (Courtesy of Diddy.)
The song’s lyrics also declare, “We’re all Michael Jackson!”

Once again, Nike looks back into its archives to revive the classic Air Trainer SC, superstar football/baseball player Bo Jackson’s signature kicks from the 90’s. The sneakers will see a return in August, with a batch of original colorways set to re-release, including this latest version featuring a mix of white/grey uppers with blue and orange accents.
