Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg (Live at Coachella, 2012)… by coachellasets

In what is sure to become one of the most memorable festival gigs in recent times, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg concluded the first weekend of the Coachella 2012 festival with a star-studded show. Assisted by the likes of Eminem, 50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar, Wiz Khalifa, Warren G and more, the West Coast made sure that their catalog of over two decades is represented correctly. With a tribute to Nate Dogg and a holographic animated 2Pac, Dre and Snoop sure did not miss a beat and gave the audience much more than they bargained for.

Southern California’s Bloodbath has teamed up with B-Real of Cypress Hill on a capsule collection comprising two graphic tees and a custom wood grinder. The latter is imprinted with Bloodbath and Buddhamaster logos and is limited to just 100 pieces. As summer approaches, we can expect our favorite brands to start pumping out some louder and more vibrant colorways. One such model is the adidas Originals ZX 700 “Fluorescent” for Summer 2012. The Germany-based brand covers the majority of the upper in a bright fluorescent colorway. White is used a secondary color on the adidas model, while vibrant blue accents the rear outsole, tongue branding, and on an eyelet. The Nike Air Yeezy 2 colorways have been moved back to a June 2012 release, we get new images of the Wolf Grey/Platinum colorway of the sneaker, that we already presented via our twitter.  Some other colorways are also in the works that will be released shortly.

June is the release timeframe and 245 USD price tag are once again confirmed.

Since its launch in 2002, L.A.-based Creative Recreation has staked its position as a brand that bridges the divide between sneakers and classic footwear. A new design for Spring 2012, the Defeo, blends casual comfort with the shoe style that’s become a staple of menswear blogs, the wingtip brogue.
